Later established the website known then as The Creative Real Estate Investors Academy in 2006. 

Now known as The Advanced Real Estate Investors, Subject To Real Estate Investing & The Subject To Real Estate Investors Academy, still specializing in buying houses and property Subject To the existing mortgage or financing. Aka "Subject To" Real Estate Investing and Short Sales.
