•   We'll still assist  Standard Members  on their first deal or two however  Elite Members  we will assist you in ANY of your potential Subject To deals from speaking with the homeowner/seller, the lender/mortgage company and the tenant/buyer/investor.

•   We'll still assist  Standard Members  on filling out and completing paper work on their first deal however for  Elite Members  we’ll help you fill out and complete any of the paper work including contracts, agreements, affidavits, POA/Authorization, trusts, lease options etc.

•     Of Course Standard Members will learn about loan modifications for their Subject To deals. (Here's our  Home Retention website for an idea of the information you will be learning about Loan Modifications).

• For Elite Members  we'll assist you in applying for a  loan modification  of the mortgage you are taking over if its behind in mortgage payment or in default.

• You’ll learn some advanced Loan Mod techniques and requirements such as what is a QWR, how to prepare a (QWR) Qualified Written Request and how it may aid you in your loan modification negotiations and possibly even stopping a foreclosure sale!

•   We'll Teach you how to do basic Title Searches using your county recorders office & sign up for more advanced techniques as they become available.

•   As part of the effort to continue to assist you in your marketing efforts to attract sellers/homeowners and tenant-buyers, we'll help Optimize your Subject To Real Estate business website and social media pages (optional package) to help ensure you can be found when your services are being sought online.

•   We'll assist you in CLOSING deals and acquiring properties efficiently and quickly.

•   You'll have access to the same  coach, trainer and mentor.  We will not pass you off to anybody else.

•   You'll have access to your  coach, trainer and mentor’s, telephone number, email and Zoom video access for 1 on 1 consultations, questions and answers.

•   You'll also have access to the  Deals & Joint Ventures  page as they become available.

•   You'll also be able to retake the course when it's available (every 3 months) at no additional cost for up to 1 year.
